No Problem. We formulate a plan everday and discuss it with the most qualified Anesthesia Provider in the USA: the MDA
We work side by side with CRNA's everyday and all day. We do the same types of cases and earn the same level of income. 90% of CRNA's work in the ACT model. 90% of dues paying AANA members.
So, take your worthless propoganda somewhere else. We are opening more programs and more are in the works. We will have plenty of work replacing arrogant, uneducated providers like you.
Then you will be forced to compete with each other for the remaining 10% of the jobs in mostly shitholes. Since AA's will become the provider of choice in the operating room many CRNA's will need that "Independent" status to work in the Vet's office or dental suite. The AANA and CRNA's like DD/ Dave S. are going to bite off the hand that feeds 90% of CRNA's in the USA. Most AA's hate the AANA but they really should love that organization. With the AANA pissing off the ASA And MDA's more and more there will be plenty of jobs for us AA's in the future.
One quick note about Dr. Lema. The last thing Dr. Lema would want the AANA to know was his plans for more AA programs. Why would anyone tell your enemy the game plan?
