Hi Darren,
It would be helpful to see a picture of the cuspidor. The only willow Homer Laughlin made with the simple bridge, 2 people and no doves (Two Temples II) was a decal pattern overglaze. I know the company didn't make cuspidors like that. In fact, they concentrated on dinner ware, so probably didn't make a cuspidor at all.
