If it was a crowd of ladies, i.e. Tupperware parties, baby or bridal showers, it was always some kind of dessert and a punch. The punch was 1 2 ltr bottle of 7-up, 1 bottle ginger ale poured over a block of sherbet. It would froth up very pretty and the ladies loved it.

A crowd - it would have been family and usually for Christmas or Thanksgiving so it would have been a turkey or leg of lamb with all the fixings..
