Once I was in charge of my church's holiday dinner and served almost 300 souls.That was fun and challenging with the budget I had.I will never do it again even with that successful dinner under my belt lol.
When I would feed a group of missionaries I liked to have a taco salad bar set up.I would serve the taco meat over Fritos and then had a line of salad fixings for a do your own.My brothers and sisters liked that type meal better than a sit down meal.
If you finished reading this I thank you.It has helped me remember things about my cooking talents.Specially since I absolutely hate cooking and entertaining now at this stage of my life.
