I stagnate most of the time and my body is paying for it.
My mother, in 50s, 60s and 70s was as active as she could be. She didn't slow down until her late 70s and 80s. She died at 85 from breast cancer and I know she would have lived longer if she didn't have it.
I was active but should have exercised and taken better care of my physical self. I'm paying for it now, although arthritis is something you can't stop and that's what is wrong now. Weight training (not to build up muscles) is supposed to be good for the joints, isn't it?
