The place I'm at is one of the cheaper AL in the area. The rent is going up in Jan..luckily I have money from investments or I couldn't live here. This place takes my whole SS check and a monthly pension check. Its not cheap living as you age.But as hard as it was to do, I'm thankful I sold my house and don't have those expenses now.
