When I was so sick back in 2018, my hair started falling out big time. Brenda told me to take Biotin. I've been taking it ever since and my hair and nails have gotten lots better. At my age I don't think it'll ever be as thick as it used to be, but it's a heck of a lot thicker than when it got so thin.
