Can you imagine what it is like in Texas for the search teams looking for victims of the flood? It takes very special people to do that work.

I been in floods but nothing in comparison to the situation these people are go I no through.As a teenager I remember my father cleaning our basement and watching him stand on the river bank throwing away stuff.It was heartbreaking but now I see things differently because of maturity.Time shows what is really important in life.

Have you looked back and compared how you dealt with life then compared to now? Priorities are different for youth and a mature aged person.Too bad people don't see that as teens and young adults.But then we would miss the growing process.

Just random thoughts in my old head as another extremely hot Saturday rolls in.Think I might brave that heat and humidity and go get some fresh tomatoes for the coming week.The farmers market is shaded under a pavillion structure with open sides so it might not be stifling.
