Panhandlers and homeless can surely be spotted in the Walmart parking lot. They're the skinny ones. Everybody else makes me look small, and many of them have full body tatts and outlandish clothing. If they have a business suit on, or even a uniform, they must shop somewhere else.
One old fellow saw me come out of the hospital on my Jazzy. He asked where I'd bought it. He was probably in his eighties but he was clean and he spoke well. I told him there are places where they'll help you get one. He might have fit in the in-between where he made too much for state help, and not enough to be able to buy his own. I felt bad for him.
