I pretty much wear the same stuff all year round. Except I switch from short sleeves to long sleeves and long capri length or shorts to long pants. Winter I'll wear a sweater or sweat jacket and take one with me when I am going to someplace I know keeps the A/C at freezer level. So - I don't change them out.
