Showered and washed my hair this morning. I have my sheets to wash but I don't know if I can handle it. I have to though. My hip pain is so bad. It's a nerve from my spine that is causing the problem.

I have some frozen Marie Callendar potatoes with ham and white sauce I think I'll fix for my dinner tonight along with a green vegetable.
