A plain omelet is just an unscrambled scrambled egg isn't it?

If I remember correctly IHop only has omelets with veggies,salsa,cheese and/or bacon.I think there is one with shredded steak also.

A bit of water is added to create a fluffier texture for omelets.Or milk.
