A couple days ago I ordered a plain omelet for breakfast. The waitress came back and said the chef only knows how to make a cheese omelet...what?? So I ordered a cheese omelet and it was good. It just struck me as odd..I like cheese omelets but I was trying to avoid the extra sodium. Another reason I like to order omelets or poached eggs is because they are made fresh..not sitting like scrambled eggs, a popular choice.
