If I truly care for someone, I'll tell them I love you. I swore to do that after my mom died. She wasn't a very loving woman and would hardly let me hug her. So, I started telling her that I loved her before I hung up or left her house because I did love her. That was the last thing I said to her before she died.

I tell all my family that before they leave a call or in person. They tell me that too. I've told my friends I love you when saying good-by. Strangers I don't or just aquatintists.
