I found out today she is still at it.

I got a notice that Hb had a test result back in his Patient Portal. I went to see it and Kathy had been there, took over the site and changed all the settings and locked me out of it. I called support and they wouldn't change it back. She used her POA to do this stuff. She isn't MY POA and she doesn't belong in my medical records site.

They refused to help me get my site back so I reported them and Kathy's fat azz to Dept of Health and Human Services for HIPAA violations. If found guilty she can get a hefty fine.
