Spousal support, that is. I am considered impoverished and was found to be in need of spousal support to survive. Kathy has taken all but a few hundred dollars to my name.

I will be getting $1816.91 a month. This will help immensely with household expenses. I must ask BIL if I get to keep my SS or not. If I do, I might even be able to save some money each month. Not a lot, but it might be enough to start climbing out of this pit I'm in.

This will be re-evaluated every so often. Right now I see no problem there. Maybe I will be finally free of Kathy and can stop worrying about just surviving.
