Hi ~ Connie, how awful for the Dogs and Mountain Lions and Coyotes can leap very tall fences
It's a shame the owners were not watching their animals.
In my local area, there are 2 packs of Coyotes and they each have a range of 5 to 10 miles
They come into my small town and there are no longer any Rabbits
and I would imagine they are hunting Dogs and Cats, too.
