I've been looking at all angles. I know Kathy will try to claim his body if he dies. It's unclear if she can. She may have taken him to sign documents on one of their little "dates". Another issue I will have to ask the attorney.

This has been a nightmare with Kathy. Think long and hard before you give anyone POA over you. POAs are given much too much power. It might not seem like too much power in the beginning, but they can grab more power if they are like Kathy.
