Are there any senior citizens and physically disabled adults apartment complexes for people living on very modest incomes (SS or Disability) in your county or a neighboring county?

If you sold the house you could move into a dedicated seniors and physically disabled adults complex. There's also looking for someone middle aged or older who owns a house and wants to rent out a spare bedroom to bring a little extra cash in. Maybe an empty nester widow just living on SS and a modest pension looking for a housemate and the extra income that brings.
