Talked to another investigator. She said if a person is given POA, they can increase it to put themselves POA over EVERYTHING including medical things even if she wasn't named as that in the beginning. It's very depressing.

She says that is just the way the laws ate.I

Lesson....don't name a POA over anything. Try and take care of your own matters. You may end up losing everything.
