Hi ~ Connie, there was no need for me, because I had naturally wavy, curly hair

But in the last few years with my illness and menopause

I have had a local Hairdresser put a Perm in my hair

to give back some body and the wave and curls

I don't do much with my hair and so the perm can last me about 1 year.
