Flo it's sorta like a tortilla, only it's the Norwegian version. It's made from rice potatoes mixed with flour and lard, then rolled out and cooked on a lefse drill till they start to turn very lightly brown.

If they are grilled correctly, they're very soft, softer than a tortilla and pilable, which makes them perfect for rolling turkey or ham up in them.
