If you like a very mild cheddar cheese, you would probably love deep fried curds.

I've tried making them but it hasn't worked out, after you batter them, you have to let them freeze in the freezer and then your oil has to be just right temp to lightly brown them fast enough that the cheese doesn't melt in the fryer.
