I love acorn squash, I cut it into quarters, add some pepper and butter to it and bake it till they are tender. I recently got 3 acorn squash from a friend and decided to bake them all at once, afterwards I froze them in freezer bags, that way I can take a couple quarters out at a time to use as a side dish.
