I live in a pretty dense population and 3 schools close by.

The sidewalks are getting overrun by these kids on these bikes. Since they can go as fast as 30 mph, these kids are not taught how to be safe.
Most have no helmets, don't bother to stop for traffic signs or watch for pedestrians.

It's a real problem here and something has to be done.
A kid was killed at a busy intersection about a month ago and just this morning, a man walking was run over by a girl on her e bike, knocking him down and breaking his arm.
I don't know what is wrong with parents buying these dangerous vehicles for their kids.
