anyone like options like venison, buffalo, lamb, goat, duck or goose?

I've only tried venison, didn't like it.
Being raised in MI, there wasn't anyone that didn't have venison in their freezer.

Hb has had lots of goat. A wife of coworker made it often and her hb brought it to work. She made it into a stew.
