NO problems here, but my friend in L.A. lost everything for 36 hours.
She at least has her cell on a different service so she could call/text.

That was a mistake we made...everything is on our cable network, TV/internet/cell/home phone.

Risky move, should at some time move the home phone to another choice of service, in an emergency hopefully something would work.
