If it's a day ending in "Y", it means internet trouble! We had trouble connecting 4 days ago. Finally got it straightened out and some nice Indian (maybe) lady half way around the world got us connected again. Then today we couldn't connect again. Spent hours on the phone with Verizon and Microsoft. Verizon says someone else has our phone number. We keep telling them NO, we've had it for many years. What the heck? So somehow we got online. I don't know if the phone number problem has been fixed or not. I guess I will find out if we lose service in a few days. Aaaaaaargh!
