love or hate this herb?

hb shopped and brought home this "bush" size bunch of cilantro.
I literally have never seen one so big.

Luckily I have a lot of tomatoes so batch one of salsa tonite.

I'm clueless what to do with all of it. Grndtr is supposed to come over Thursday, I'll give her a bunch of it if it's still fresh.
That's the problem, the shelf life.
