Has anyone started to decorate the old homestead for Christmas yet? I have my Christmas lights up outside and my door and wall wreath are up. I started to turn the lights on at night on the first of December. It is starting to get me in the mood to start hauling stuff out of basement to decorate inside. I got the cutest pair of skates (decorative only) the other day at Home Outfitters! Plaid with fur trim - they are SOOOOO cute! I will have to take a picture and post them for you to see. I even started my Christmas cards last night! Which is phenominal for me, who usually leaves it till a week before. I was always a real lover of Christmas, but the last few years I just never really got in the spirit - don't know why. But this year the old spark is back. I may put the tree up early too - since the Grinch (DH) made me get a imitation one rather than a real one, I guess I might as well take advantage of it and extend it's show time, it's not going to dry out after all!
