Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi FMBA 2004 - Injector faults #
Posted by Martyn Lewis on November 16, 2016, 11:29 am I did a leak back test on injectors and no1 & no3 were obviously faulty, sent them off for repair, refitted them went to code them noticed code held was completely different to the codes on the injectors in fact all 4 were different, so inputted the new codes into ecu, started car really rough on tick over, black smoke and lop on road test.

First port of call, check the EJDR number & confirm you have like for like injectors back from the repairer. What was the initial fault that made you carry out the leak back test to start with ?
