Have you imputed the codes to the correct cylinders, different tools do this in different orders ie cylinder order or firing order Link: specialist seized injector and glow plug removal services
Unless the injectors are brand new the programming (correction) codes stamped on the injectors are irrelevant as they do not correspond to a repaired injector as everything has changed inside and a new programming code is required few repairers have the necessary kit to calculate and issue these new codes.
As has been said incorrect injectors or washer thickness can make a big difference.
These engines have a very poor reputation for injector problems.
