Ford Mondeo 1.8 TDCi 2010 - Engine vibration between 1100 & 1700 rpm #

Year of Manufacture *: 2010
Engine Size and Code *: 1.8

Car came in with engine vibrations, having been to another garage which changed flywheel and engine mountings, we sent the injectors to be tested and they came back faulty. These were replaced with genuine ford ones but the problem is still there.
Any ideas anyone?

Could it be a failed dual mass damper (crank pulley)? Usually caused by a seized alternator over-run pulley, which also takes out the drive belt tensioner!
More noticeable on over-run, if you rev it up stationary, you fell/hear a rumble from the crank.

I have taken the aux belt off, but no difference. Ive also blanked the egr to try but no difference.

If you're satisfied the crank pulley isn't shot, then it may be worth doing a compression test. These are prone to bending con-rods.
