Toyota Hiace 2.5 2KD-FTV 2005 - Cutting out at idle #

Hi guys
This Hiace will cut out after start up, but you can keep it going if you keep your foot on the throttle. After about a minute you can take your foot off and it will idle. It does seem a little down on power. Below is a copy of the job notes

Stored diagnostic trouble codes:- No relevant DTCs Check and clean throttle flap Remove EGR cooler to check EGR operation EGR sensor voltage No vacuum 13.7% = 0.70 Volts 13in-hg 82.0% 1.42 Volts Check starter circuit Check low pressure fuel supply Check MAP sensor Perform tests using Pico scope: Check fuel pressure sensor against SCV Check fuel injector current Check fuel injection compression on live data Check charging current and voltage
