Hi Allan, this is the 3rd time I have seen this fault in as many months on a 06 Avensis at a mates garage and a 55 2.5 Navara and your job.
52330 KPa is 523 Bar witch is to high of idle it should be 300 bar.
The ECU is seeing the high pressure and its going in to limp home.
The valve on the back of the HP pump IMV is a fail open device this means that the ECU has to drive shut to lower the pressure.
If you disconnect the IMV and the injectors and look at pressure on your scan tool when cranking, you should see from 0 bar to 1200 bar if you have good cranking speed.
You can look at this with a scope 0 bar is 1 volt.
This will verify the pressure sensor can see low pressure and the system can achieve max pressure. This fault could be the IMV or wiring/ connection to the ECU. I don’t have any pin data or wiring schematics for this system if you can get them post them, I think we may see this fault agene.
    Regards Martin.
