Hi all Renewed the exhaust pressure sensor and cleared the fault and it was fine at idle, it was reading o mbar with a good hard rev still 0 mbar. Took the vehicle for a run in 3rd gear WOT the pressure jumps from 0 to 117 mbars then it fault codes P1429 intermittent fault. Differential exhaust pressure sensor signal short circuit to earth or pipes kinked. When fault occurred the readings where Differential pressure 0 mbars RPM 3919 RPM Distance since last regeneration 56 KM injected flow 53mm 3/stroke intake air flow 25000 l/h Ive got a good earth and 5 volt supply to the sensor, with KOEO and KOER ive got 0.5 volts on the signal wire. Ive blown the pipes back through to make sure they weren't blocked and there all fine. Ive taken the vehicle for a road test but still the same. Looked in the archives but i cant find anything, any advice would be most appreciated. Regards Jamie
