I have in a 2.5 CRD 2001 Chrysler Voyager which keeps cutting out mainly under light throttle openings but can be when full throttle is applied then back off.
Been to main dealer but no codes were logged on scanner and my scanner doesn't display any useful data.
There appears to be a diesel lift pump next to fuel tank which houses the fuel filter directly underneath, the operation of this pump is noisy but it works with ignition switched on to prime system but once engine is running the pump is switched off, now i'm not sure if this is normal but i can't see a fuel pump inside tank so assume it must have an LP pump as part of HP pump.
Could someone supply me with a wiring diagram and a component location diagram or even any technical data.
The Voyager is the later type 2001 onwards.
No other work carried out yet other than to remove fuel filter which i'm going to change as it looks like its never had a new one.
