Thank's again for the input, After running another number of tests we left the vehicle on trickle charge overnight. When we came in in the suprise, suprise, it started up like a bird, blew a bit smoke and sounded great! We left it ticking over for an hour starting and stopping it with no probs. Took it for a test drive and it broke down after about a mile with all the old faults reappeaering Cut a long story short we traced the wiring from no 4 injector (gearbox end) and found the wiring chafed through by the metal box encasing the ECU. Only problem is it looks like the new injector we fitted has been damaged by this short. So as soon as we replace it again I'll let you know the outcome. Mark
