From my limited experience of injector removal, I convinced that when they are "truly seized" then there is no way that they will come out without destroying them. (even with the best hydraulic puller)

We had a Vivaro recently that we spent many hours welding parts onto the stuck injector & attempting slide hammering it out. We had considerable purchase on it, but it just laughed at everything we tried.

In the end the head was off & over to the machine shop. The guy we use was kind enough to explain his method.

He explained that they seize so strongly because of the electro chemical reaction between the aluminium of the head & the steel of the injector. This creates the corrosion build up that effectively locks the injector in place. I don't think that any additive will overcome this, as there is no way for it to penetrate & dissolve the corrosive build up.

As already stated.... Make sure that you explain the probable expense. The Vivaro we did came to £1700 OUCH!
