| Received this one from our local Diesel specialist, long history , throws up EML at higher rpm and engine cuts out won't restart, codes are p0251 spill valve malfunction and p1630 spill voltage high , it has had a ex pump, a repaired pump ecu and another pump ecu exchange from Vauxhall , the cutting out seems to be a safety cut via ecu when the code is thrown it cuts out the main ecu relay , the engine sounds rough under overrun conditions before the fault occurs , sounds like diesel knock and live data shows a large increase in injected fuel on the overrun when the knock occurs . |
