I tried it this morning with the temp at 6.5C and it started reasonably well. I have checked the crank pulley and that looks ok (without removing it). This vehicle has done 200k miles and the customer is definately scrapping it in June so I am going to let them have it back and see what happens. If they still have a problem I am going to wire up a button to the glow plug relay because I cant see them spending anymore money on this pile of pooh! Bryan.
