P0089 relates to fuel pressure regulation issue, presumably the 78 is a sub code as to type of fault but not familiar with it
What are you reading it with ?
Can you monitor desired & actual rail pressure for clues.
Had high fuel pressure faults logged on Iveco (same engine) due to in tank pump failing & fuel filters blocked.
