Seems like a lot of work unless someone out there knows of a shortcut????
EGR cooler bypass removed & vehicle back to O.E
Weekly running has now developed into a entire coolant reservoir of coolant loss within 5 miles of running????
Also observed is that the engine oil level has drastically increased & is way above the maximum mark. Yes we have been monitoring the engine oil level in conjunction with the coolant level over the period of the symptoms first developing & the oil level had always remained at a consistent correct level.
Bear in mind that this is a 4 motion 4x4 animal & the transfer box is covering access to the EGR valve!!
