If it an old style turbo with pressure operated wast-gate in may not have a map sensor, as there it would not need both MAP & MAF

Are you saying the inter cooler is leaking ?

Black smoke is mostly caused by insufficient air / oxygen to burn fuel injected,so prove air supply is good first !
qty of fuel is controlled by ECU so next step is to make sure all sensors / inputs are correct.
Next step would be prove engine mechanical condition good. (compression's, valve timing etc)
If all above OK suspect possible injector fault, wont be dumping fuel as that is controlled by other factors, but could be poor spray pattern resulting in poor burn. Best to have them bench tested
