Hi guys, all sorted.
The Transit had a recent clutch done by another garage and the bracket which holds the crank sensor had moved when the gearbox was refitted.
Took the timing cover off and timed up the chain, cams etc and adjusted crank sensor bracket so rear timing pin would locate correctly.
Now all ok
