As an Autoelectrician I normally don't get involved, as I know what a nightmare they can be if they have been in for a while and the installer put them in dry.
Typically, I'm just trying to help the Landlord out.
How do these kits work? I presume you drill the element out and then screw in an extractor tool. Any advice useful.
