Hi all. So.
1) Yes I've found KTS can the reprogram keys. But no code, seems not to be supplied with Britsh reg Cars/vans.£39 from Fiat for the code.
2) Checked supply at Immo box, Neg, live and ing live all there.
3) More info on the removal Imm from ECM would be great, before I spend money on the code from Fiat. (we use Quantum Maps) but for what you said sounds like its a chip mod and also map the code out?
