As you have been asked /told elsewhere what tests lead you fit a new turbo etc.

Do you have UKAT workshop data ? some info there may be of help to your testing.

Have you accessed ford E-TIS ?

A session on IDS to check all CMDTC,s and re-set
adaptions and check for calibrations would be better than throwing parts at it.
