have you looked at the freeze frame data in eobd for when that fault code was set?

i would carry out a hot & cold leak off check on injectors cranking & a hot running leak off check to compare them all for a start, that won't cost you anything, is a valuable but often overlooked check.
finally does it have a return pipe from the fuel rail, if so does it leak from the rail when cranking when it won't start? (don't forget to plug the pipe you disconnect)
