Hi, 2013 expert 2.0 hdi. Firstly customer complained after i changed the fuel filter the engine kept cutting out and not always restarting. This has been on going for months. The vehicle has done 140k miles. Ive replaced fuel filter again checked all pipes, seem ok. No air bubbles to the high pressure pump. Everytime i drove the vehicle the fault never occurred. i thrashed it high rpm, high load. Drove it smoothly. Wouldnt come on. Ive spoken to various master techs at peugeot and other garages, they said high pressure fuel pump. Replaced the high pressure pump, now i can get the same fault to come on everytime i drive it. customer hasnt reported it cutting out yet though?
Any ideas would be great. Thankyou in advance
